    FOUNDER + CEO

    Business Development + Marketing + Design

    I am committed to provide a strong work ethic, as well as being conversant within the advertising, marketing and design industry. I am naturally creative and curious, always trying to find solutions. My background is in design, management and consultation. A strong strategy consultant seeking to inspire change and positivity.

    I am a Realtor + Real Estate Advisor for investment properties and secondary homes.

    I am the founder of Cultivation Republic and also teach online and in person classes on Entrepreneurialism + Innovative thinking.

    Since 2020 I have been a Board Member for EmpowHERment and from 2022 the current Board Chair.

  • Robyn Clarke

    ART DIRECTOR

    A New England local, I spent too many winters wrapped up in multiple jackets before my family decided enough was enough, so wa all headed to the sunshine state. I earned a BA in Telecommunications and Fine Arts, and an MFA in Graphic Design. Worked in multiple positions previously as a graphic designer, art director and design instructor.

    For 14 years I have been implementing unique creative strategies and managed many of the ongoing project at Illumination Creative. (Since 2017) I work with clients to best determine how to represent their vision.

    When I am not in the office you might find me SCUBA diving with my husband or riding the Pinellas Trail with my family.

  • Gwendolyn Rodriguez

    STRATEGY CONSULTANT + ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN

    I am passionate about bringing ideas to life that do good for ourselves, our teams, our communities, and our planet.

    My consulting career has provided broad exposure to various industries where I developed expertise in business model and organizational design as well organizational learning and leadership development.

    Outside of my work I love to travel and venture to new places, try new cuisine and go for long walks with my dog, Silvio. I am also a yoga instructor, and some might say a coffee aficionado.

    Media Pitches + Verbal Communicator.

    I support the marketing team in creating new promotional policies and organizing events, press releases, and some public speaking, organizing events and more.

    My goal is to tactfully engage with the media, stay on message, and generally put your best foot forward in the public eye, all while usually hiding behind my own desk.

    I am a soccer and hockey fan, music enthusiast and mostly make a mess in the kitchen.

    Working to protect brand reputation and strategizing growth, building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
